Depart by: 10:30 a.m.
Ashbourne Woods cancellation policy
No refunds within 30 days of arrival date.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Bookings cancelled before the final balance is paid may be transferred to another date.
In the event of cancellations 'after' payment of balance, please refer to your holiday insurance policy, as we cannot refund.
We can only offer alternative dates.
We strongly advise our customers to take out holiday insurance for your stay.
Please note that your deposit is non-refundable.
Payment
Deposit transferable during COVID-19. Ashbourne Woods will debit the balance from your card 30 days before arrival, or if the arrival date is sooner than 30 days then the balance will be taken immediately.
Hired accommodation: £50.00 damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

You can also opt to pay the full amount at the time of your booking.
